Orders
You can order on WhatsApp (+221 77 450 27 39), in our boutiques, or as a pre-order for your Air Sénégal flight (Buy Before You Board). Every order is confirmed by an Akoussa advisor.
Prices
Prices are shown in CFA francs (FCFA) and confirmed when you order.
Payment
We accept cash, card, Wave and Orange Money.
Delivery
We deliver anywhere in Senegal. Delivery terms and fees are given when your order is confirmed. You can also collect your order in our Dakar boutiques.
In-flight pre-orders
Pre-orders for Air Sénégal flights are confirmed by an advisor; their specific terms are given when your order is confirmed.
Authenticity
Every bottle sold by Akoussa comes from the house or its official distributor.
Returns and exchanges
For reasons of hygiene, an opened product cannot be returned or exchanged.
For an unopened product in its original packaging, contact us: your advisor will explain how to return it.
