We only collect what you send us through the website’s forms. Depending on the form: your name, your e-mail address, your phone or WhatsApp number, your house and your role (presentation request), your flight number and date and the items you would like (in-flight pre-order), the subject and text of your message.

With each submission we also record the page it was sent from, the language, your browser’s identification string and an encrypted fingerprint (salted hash) of your IP address, never the address itself, to limit abuse.

To answer your requests, handle your pre-orders, send you our newsletter if you have subscribed, and send our presentation to the houses that ask for it. We never sell or rent your data.

Every submission is stored in Akoussa’s internal management tool. Messages and pre-orders are forwarded by e-mail to info@akoussa.sn, presentation requests to partners@akoussa.sn; the team may also receive a Telegram notification summarising the submission. Newsletter sign-ups are only stored.

The website is hosted by Railway Corp., in the United States.

The website uses no advertising cookie, no analytics tool and no third-party script. There is a single technical cookie, set only for team members who review the site with a review link, and deleted when the browser is closed.

The WhatsApp and Instagram links open those companies’ services, which follow their own privacy rules.

Your data is kept as long as needed to handle your request, then deleted; for the newsletter, until you unsubscribe.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and object to its processing, by writing to info@akoussa.sn. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter the same way, at any time.

These rights are granted in particular by Senegal’s Law No. 2008-12 on the protection of personal data and by the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP).
