De Venoge’s Louis XV Rosé Champagne served as muse for this new chapter. Blackcurrant, raspberry and pear fizz like bubbles, rose and geranium follow over a thread of cedar, and musk and vanilla soften the finish. The flacon wears the wine’s pink tint.
