An extrait built on a seventeenth-century Swedish banquet, in which Ibrahim Al-Zoubi pairs natural cocoa with Indonesian agarwood. Thyme and tobacco first, then cinnamon, cardamom and clove around the table, before leather, olibanum and oud.
